In 2024, Gatun Lake Construction SA completed the Yuma44 project in the Yuma Mountain Community, Campana, Panama. This project included the construction of a Mountain Villa and a Guest House, totaling 135m², for a private client. Using conventional construction methods, we delivered high-quality, durable structures that blend seamlessly with the mountainous terrain.
The project also featured extensive landscaping, including a large garden and a pool, enhancing the outdoor living experience. Additionally, a covered carport with space for two cars and a driveway were developed to provide ample parking. The Yuma44 development showcases our expertise in creating bespoke residential solutions in challenging environments, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
