This innovative approach, developed in collaboration with our trusted partner Prowall, allows us to significantly reduce construction timelines while maintaining high structural and aesthetic standards. Installation begins on Friday, May 23, 2025, with a rapid timeline of just 6 months.
The BeachWalk community consists of 6 elegant towers, including 4 towers of 9 floors, with 4 residences per level — two 2-bedroom units and two 3-bedroom units. The Promenade towers, facing the ocean, offer just 2 luxury residences per floor, ensuring unobstructed, panoramic views of the Pacific and ultimate privacy. Altogether, BeachWalk is comprised of 34 exclusive residences, ranging in size from 85.21 m² to 97.3 m², with prices starting at $291,437 and going up to $378,399.
