On Sunday, September 7, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Gatun Lake Construction is proud to open the doors of Yuma Mountain Community to the public. This Open House is a unique opportunity to see firsthand the quality and detail that define our construction projects.
Yuma Mountain Community is located just outside Panama City, offering a refreshing mountain climate, beautiful scenery, and a peaceful lifestyle—all within easy reach of the city. It’s an ideal place for families, retirees, or anyone looking to enjoy life in the mountains without giving up modern conveniences.
Visitors will be able to explore several homes currently under construction. This stage of development allows buyers to personalize key elements of their future home, such as kitchen finishes and other design choices, making the property uniquely their own.
Our dedicated Gatun Lake Construction team will be on site to guide tours, answer questions about the construction process, and explain the materials and techniques we use to ensure quality and durability.
