This project involves constructing two residential FRESH® villas in the Coco Beach community of Puerto Armuelles, Panama. Located beachside in a warm climate region, these villas exemplify the unique benefits of the FRESH® Building System. Both villas feature easy assembly and various construction advantages. They are designed for low energy consumption with excellent insulation to keep interiors cool.
Additionally, the villas are equipped with solar panels and water treatment systems, enhancing their off-grid capabilities. These sustainable features make the beach villas ideal for eco-friendly living. Each single-story bungalow includes three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a living room, an open-plan kitchen, a covered terrace, a carport, and a water treatment plant. The blend of comfort, sustainability, and innovative design offers an ideal solution for eco-conscious living by the beach.
