As the construction partner, Gatun Lake Construction will be leading the installation of over 1,400 prefabricated concrete elements using advanced modular techniques that enable quality, speed, and environmental sensitivity. This innovative approach, developed in collaboration with our trusted partner Prowall, allows us to significantly reduce construction timelines while maintaining high structural and aesthetic standards. Installation begins on Friday, May 23, 2025, with a rapid timeline of just 6 months. The BeachWalk community consists of 6 elegant towers, including 4 towers of 9 floors, with 4 residences per level — two 2-bedroom units and two 3-bedroom units. The Promenade towers, facing the ocean, offer just 2 luxury residences per floor, ensuring unobstructed, panoramic views of the Pacific and ultimate privacy. Altogether, BeachWalk is comprised of 34 exclusive residences, ranging in size from 85.21 m² to 97.3 m², with prices starting at $291,437 and going up to $378,399. But what truly sets BeachWalk apart is the lifestyle it offers. Wellness & Comfort Amenities: Residents will enjoy a beachside massage pavilion, oceanfront yoga deck, sunbed and hammock areas, and a resort-style infinity pool. Outdoor movie nights, fire pit gatherings, and a community bar and kitchen area create a setting where connection and relaxation go hand in hand.
