6 New Warehouses Pacora Grupo el Rey

GLC has been awarded the installation works of prefabricated concrete elements for 6 new warehouses in Pacora. This prestigious project is situated close to Tocumen Airport and will function as the main distribution center for the Supermarket Group El Rey. During the project execution, we follow the highest safety standards and are proud to say that we have not incurred any incidents or accidents.

  • Scope of Works: Installation Precast Concrete Elements for 8 warehouses for a distribution center for Grupo el Rey in Pacora. 240 columns of L12M and 8MT weight each, footings and walls.

  • Detailed Scope of works:

    • 240 Columns of 10-11 meter high and 7,000 kgs in weight
    • 150 Walls of 7.5 x 2.5 meter and 6,000 kgs in weight
    • 360 Walls of 4.5 x 2.5 meter and 3,600 kgs in weight
    • 280 Columns–grouting between column and roof structure
